My stay at this hotel was quite mixed. The grounds are beautiful and there are some fantastic restaurants and bars to enjoy, but the disappointing room cleanliness and service experiences overshadowed the positives. The beach was not as clean as I had hoped, which dampened the overall experience. I did appreciate the vibrant atmosphere around the garden area, but improvements are definitely needed.

I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The beach bar was absolutely fantastic, and I loved the beautiful surroundings. However, my experience was marred by an awkward situation over a towel charge and a lack of clear communication.
